Look at this delicious – and easy to prepare – rice dish I recently found at Costco!
It’s made my Sukhi’s Gourmet Indian Foods, is vegan, organic and, most importantly, is DELICIOUS!!
Most evenings, by the time I get home from work and working out, all I want are easy dishes to prepare for dinner. This Lemon Rice has definitely been added to my arsenal of quick cooking, healthy dishes.
I know most bloggers are sharing recipes on their blog for Vegan Mofo 2013,
but I also wanted to share vegan products too. Sometimes it can make a big difference for someone who is contemplating a vegan lifestyle if they hear about simple options to try.
So this is my VEGAN share today.

Yes, it was in the refrigerated section….it comes in a 2-pack too!! I need to go find some more!!!
