I mentioned in a recent post how I’m working with the website Schoola, an online shop dedicated to recycling brand-name children’s clothing. Schoola collects, organizes and then resells this used clothing giving 40% of the proceeds back to schools in need.

Well, I decided to give this online site a try and see how easy could it be to search for a few outfits for Hunter and Westly before they head back to school this week.

WOW! The site was super easy to use – the prices are INCREDIBLE and the box of clothing that I ordered was delivered 2 days later!

All the pieces of clothing I chose were exactly as they were described – one shirt was even new with a store sticker still on it!

I love the ease of shopping online and truly using Schoola couldn’t have been easier.

Are you ready to give Schoola a try?

How about a little bonus incentive…when you shop, use the code BacktoSchoola20 before August 20th and receive 20% off of your order! (limit one use per customer)

Do you also have clothing to donate? Head over to the Schoola site and request a donation bag. When you fill out the school information with your donation bag, $2 of every $5 made will go back to the school you choose to support!

Get your kids involved in the donating – I’m sure they’ll get a good feeling helping out kids in other schools too!

Through this month-long “Adopt a School” Schoola program, I’ve chosen to try to raise money for a music program for KIPP Academy in the Bronx.

I love the motivation of the staff at this school to have all children learn music knowing that every effort they make for their students to stay engaged in school will help them with other challenges they face for the rest of their lives.

Let me know if you choose to support this program and your experience with it – I’d love to hear if you enjoyed it as much as I have.
