Biscoff Spread

So finding this delicious spread happened in one of those instances when it’s a good idea to tell just about everyone you see that you’re vegan (this isn’t always the case, but more on that another time).

A co-worker of mine came over to me to tell me about his “spread” he had tried that tasted like 1/2 peanut butter and 1/2 nutella, but that it is ALL VEGAN!!

Um, why have I not heard about this???

Well, probably because some days I feel like I live in the confines of this little cube I sit in at work…again, another story for another time.

The point is, I have tried this DELISH spread and it’s name is Biscoff!

Biscoff Spread
comes in crunchy and creamy

Apparently it’s made from these delicious cookies that are commonly served on airplanes that, once again, I have never tried.

So, back to this spread…well, it’s addictive! I basically ordered some from Amazon in both the crunchy and creamy varieties:

Somehow, I never imagined they would have this yumminess at my local grocery store…I was wrong! and happy to be so! So, definitely check there by the peanut butters next time you’re shopping.

I’ve also been told the “Cookie Butter” spread from Trader Joe’s is similar, so you should rush out to get some of that too if you can.

Why? because it’s addictive and delicious and if everyone buys some then I won’t feel compelled to eat all that exists in this world all by myself. I know…that is very thoughtful of me – you’re welcome!

I do get credit for being a good sharer (and good Lita) this weekend as I did make toast with Biscoff spread for both Hunter & Westly to try.

Even though they were in the middle of watching morning cartoons, and even though I’m pretty sure I could’ve gotten away with serving them just about anything, I did share the Biscoff and I can attest that they both really LOVED it…I believe I even got a double thumbs up from Hunter!

I do get extra points for being a good pet owner because I didn’t give any to Bubba to try, but he wanted to have a photo in this post anyways:

It was National Bubba Day after all – and yes, that is a real day just go ahead and Google it and you’ll see.

So, what are you waiting for, go on out, buy some Biscoff and then spread it on toast, dip pretzels or apples into it..or just lick it off the spoon.

Trust me, you won’t be sorry!

P.S. No, I was not compensated in any way for writing this post…just sharing a new vegan product that I’ve tried and, needless to say, I LOVE!!

  1. Thanks for sharing about the Biscoff spread. I have been vegan for 6 months now and LOVE it. I’m always looking for foods that fit into the vegan category. I really like the Biscoff cookies and will now begin my search for the spread – online if nowhere else. I wish I’d became vegan years ago since I feel so good now. Have a great day!
