Cathedral Rock in Sedona Arizona

Pops and I are still out and about on our latest road trip. Though I'll have a bigger post on Sedona coming, I wanted to share this photo of Cathedral Rock. The colors in Sedona are unlike any I've seen anywhere else. The reds in the rocks are so bright especially against the bright blue sky. I'm not sure this photo can really express the colors we were seeing.We were at Cathedral Rock on 10/10/10 and saw 3 different weddings happening along the hiking path. It's truly a beautiful area and an amazing trial to hike on. You start low with this view of the rock across a green field, cross a river with multiple swimming holes and then hike up onto the red rock trails. Amazing!If you're looking for a place to take a trip, and you enjoy hiking, definitely add Sedona to your list.~ Lita
