Lemon Rice

Look at this delicious - and easy to prepare - rice dish I recently found at Costco!It's made my Sukhi's Gourmet Indian Foods, is vegan, organic and, most importantly, is DELICIOUS!!Most evenings, by the time I get home from work and working out, all I want are easy dishes to prepare for dinner. This Lemon Rice has definitely been added to my arsenal of quick cooking, healthy dishes.I know most bloggers are sharing recipes on their blog for Vegan Mofo 2013,but I also wanted to share vegan products too. Sometimes it can make a big difference for someone who is contemplating a vegan lifestyle if they hear about simple options to try.So this is my VEGAN share today.Let me know if you get to try this rice and how you like it.
