Happy time change day!! Hope getting up today hasn't been too rough on anyone. A little bit tougher here as it's (finally) raining and the sound of the drops hitting our rooftop always make me calmer and a bit drowsy. Not complaining though as I love that we're finally getting a much needed soaking and hope it continues for days and days!!Being indoors for a bit today, also gives me a chance to finally revisit my photos from our recent trip to EPCOT - aka "my happy place"!As you can see, it was an absolutely GORGEOUS day to visit - maybe a bit cool for some, but perfect for me!!First, we took a quick romp around the West side of Future World. Stop 1 - The Seas.Inside we took a little ride on Nemo and had a moment to appreciate the manatees!Then it was time for The Land, a ride through their gardens and a much needed bite to eat.(thanks so much for the VEGAN option - it was DELISH!!!)Belly's full, our imaginations was ready to SOAR with Figment over at Imagination!Perfect time for a coffee break as we head over to the countries of The World Showcase!! We always enjoy all the amazing musical talent along the way! Our final, late day stop - Mexico of course and time for some chips and salsa (and beer) in the Margarita Bar! The night (and day) wouldn't be complete without a ride in Spaceship Earth! (hint: zero lines at the end of the day!)Of course I have about a bazillion more photos of this day that I'll be sharing on Instagram and Facebook if you'd like to follow along.Perfect start to our most recent vacation!!!
