Have you finished your holiday shopping yet?
Are you like me trying to complete most of it via the internet?
If so, here are a few of “green” gift sites that I’ve been browsing through.
The first is:
Nubius Organics sells eco-Friendly and reusable lunch bags, water bottles and children’s toys. They also have green home, bath and body items and jewelry. When you sign up to receive their emails, you even get a discount shopping code.
I just think this necklace (and the matching earrings) are so “girlie”, petite and, well, just pretty.
It’s pink, made from depression glass and wrapped in sterling silver – simply lovely!
The second site I’ve been shopping through is:
Uncommon Goods sells creatively designed, high-quality merchandise (some handmade) at affordable prices. Plus, all their merchandise is produced without harm to animals.
I’m really, really in love with these recycled glass globes:
Aren’t they just fabulous!! I have two colorful glass globes hanging in the windows of our home office. Even on gloomy days, their bright colors bring some cheer into the room.
The final “green” gift site I’d like to share with you today is:
GAIAM encourages everyone to live consciously, in harmony with the environment, the planet and the people who share your home. They sell eco-friendly, organic products and healthy living solutions. They have a 20% off sale going on right now, and if you sign up to receive their newsletter, they’ll send a discount to your email too.
If you have a yoga-lover to buy for, seriously give this site a look.
There are some truly beautiful items on this site. AND some practical household items too. On the practical (and sometimes boring) side, I’m seriously considering trying these:
Will these GreenWash Balls really clean my laundry without using any detergent? AND,
what about these pvc dryer balls? Will my laundry be static free and smell fresh and clean?
I think I’ll give them both a try and keep you posted on the status. If you’ve used either, please let me know.
If they work great, I’ll have a giveaway set in the near future.
Hope everyone’s holiday preparations are going smoothly. Please let me know any green gift ideas or deals you’ve found.
Thanks for stopping by…have a super, GREEN day!
Blessings,
~ Lita
