I love music!
Many days I sing in my car at the top of my lungs the whole drive in to work. I don’t really have a genre that I like more than others. I’ll honestly listen to everything from classical to country to bluegrass to pop depending on my mood.
I thought I’d make a list of my current favorites in hopes of getting some feedback on good music I might be missing out on.
AND, simply for commenting and sharing what you’re listening to, you’ll be entered to win a $25 iTunes giftcard. You can feed your music, or app (more on my favorite apps soon), or video addiction just as I’m sure I’ll be feeding mine with your suggestions.
You have until 6 pm Wednesday, August 18th to enter. I’ll post the winner Thursday morning.
Good Luck and thanks for sharing!

Right now..at home, I have Journey playing at all times (When I’m not watching my shows…) I love their music MORE now because my son Dean (6 yrs) is a HUGE Journey fan. He sings & dances to it. It’s always a happy time when he’s sings.
This morning I introduced him to Bon Jovi (My dream guy!). He said, “Mommy, this rock band is so rockin. Can you print the lyrics for me, please!”
I like all types of music as well, but my favorite type of music and what I like to sing are 60s-80s R&B, Soul, and Disco music! My favorite new songs added to my band (the House Band from South Bay Kids) setlist is our mix of Donna Summers’ Bad Girls and Hot Stuff. I’m a big fan of Earth, Wind, and Fire and Tower of Power!
At my Principal’s request, she’s asking our staff for our “drive to work song.” A list will be compiled. Here’s mine: “you spin my head right
round,” by flo rida..from the movie, “The Hangover.”
WHAT’S YOUR’S?
I just scott pilgrim and the sound track was amazing. If I win I will totally buy it!.
