Have you heard of this plan yet? I know, I know, I’m already vegan so why would I do this? Well, I’m vegan, but I’m so not perfect in any way, and I know there’s always more for me to learn. I’m open to new ideas – and especially new recipes.
This 21-Day plan starts Monday. Why it starts on a holiday, I don’t know, but then again, when you choose to try to be healthier, any day is a good day to start.
I’m hoping that a lot of people will take part in this plan so they can see that vegans are not aliens. They’re just people like everyone else, who are doing what they can to live a healthier life at a very basic level through what they eat. There’s nothing crazy in what we consume, just a lot of whole foods: fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes (beans).
