Today, it’s very simple, I have four questions for you:

1. Do you live here in the South Bay Area?
2. Are you free this Saturday, August 18th from 10AM – 1PM?
2. Do you just simply love the GAP store?
3. Do you have kids who are amazing budding artists?

If you answered these questions with a resounding “YES”, then you have to join me at the Gap store in my hometown of Los Gatos to give your children the chance to unleash their inner artist!

This month, select GapKids stores across the country will host Shine On Saturdays events.

At these events, like the one in my town, your children will enjoy a series of special art projects designed by Merrilee Liddiard of Mer Mag.

These projects were inspired by the GapKids and babyGap fall collection, including the best new 1969 denim – Jewel Box Skinnies for girls (the new skinny jean updated in bright stretchy denim) and Action Stretch Denim for boys (designed for play all day- it’s denim that’s made to move).

From creating geometric masterpieces on canvas using paint and tape to colorful, custom journals to get kids ready for back-to-school, the projects help kids express their creativity! And who doesn’t like to express themselves and have fun doing so?

Check out this video for more encouragement to join us:

I’ll be there in my local Los Gatos GapKids store with Hunter and Westly ready to have some creative fun time! Come on and join us for a fun time in beautiful Los Gatos.

The store is located near Old Town and the address is:
35 University Avenue
Los Gatos, CA 95030

Hope to see you there!

If you can’t make it to this South Bay event this weekend, you have another chance next Saturday, August 25th from 10AM – 1PM at the GapKids at Broadway Plaza, 1139 S. Main Street in Walnut Creek!

I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective, and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.
